Sadie Frost Claims To Have A Nose For Liquor

Sadie Frost can smell alcohol from "several feet away". The fashion designer admits when she was drinking heavily a few years ago she would follow trays of drinks around a party, but insists she now has control of her alcohol intake.

Sadie said: "My drinks were always white wine, rosé or champagne. I used to follow the guy with the tray of champagne around at parties. I could even smell it from several feet away.

"Now I'll maybe have a glass or two of good red wine with a meal, but that's it. I feel really good about not being controlled by either drinking too much or not drinking at all."

Sadie - who runs clothing label FrostFrench with friend Jemima French - also confessed her life would be incomplete without exercise.

The 42-year-old actress, who is divorced from Jude Law, said: "I think the fact that I'm a vegetarian has helped, it definitely makes a difference. You see people who hit their 40s, and it they've eaten loads of junk in the past it affects their skin and body shape.

"I do work at it because you have to at this age. But I enjoy it I couldn't cope with life without exercise."
