British Singer Natasha Bedingfield Says She Could Never Be Stick Thin

April 15, 2008

British singer Natasha Bedingfield says she is a champion for curvy women and that she will never be stick thin. The singer, who is a size six, says she has finally figured out that men like women with curves and big bums.

Bedingfield, 26, told the U.K.'s News of the World's Fabulous magazine, "I could never be a size zero. In fact, I don't think skinny women would be much fun in bed."

One man who enjoys Bedingfield's curves is boyfriend Matt Robinson, 31. "It's great, the way he sees me. I'll say: 'Does my bum look big in this?' and he'll go: 'Phwoar, yes!' and I'm like: 'Oh, OK ...' That completely changed my thinking about my body."

The singer, who is currently promoting her second album Pocketful of Sunshine, keeps her body in shape by sticking to the Zone diet and a rigorous workout regime.

She said she tries to exercise everyday, uses a Swiss Ball, and does lots of lunges and sit-ups. She also works out an hour with Jamie Milms, trainer to the stars.
