Faith Hill Poses In A Bikini On Cover Of Shape Magazine

Country music star Faith Hill is looking fit and fabulous in a bikini on the cover of Shape magazine. But what has prompted the multi-award winning singer to shed her outer clothes? One word: pilates.

She told the magazine, "I could bend in ways I haven't been able to since I was a teenager."

"My husband [Tim McGraw] loves it!"

Although Hill, who turned 21 last month, says she was always very athletic, the "This Kiss" hitmaker she decided to make a lifestyle change when she turned 40.

She continued, "In my 20s and 30s, I'd go through phases with exercise, working out for four weeks before a big tour or video shoot and not doing much afterward. Then I had three kids [with McGraw, daughters Gracie, 11; Maggie, 10; and Audrey, 6] and turned 40, so I decided to make a lifestyle change."

And since she and McGraw started a daily routing earlier this year, which includes four miles jog, light weight lifting, crunches, and push ups, Hill said she found she sleeps better and has more energy.

Her bikini photoshoot is Hill's 41st birthday gift to herself.
