A stylist who sued Jamie Foxx of allegedly failing to pay for her services is "pleased" of the settlement she reached with the actor.
Stacy Young filed a case against Foxx and his label, Foxxhole Records, for failing to pay her after she helped him dress for the BET Awards in 2006 and other press junkets while he was promoting his film "Miami Vice."
She was seeking payment for her services and for unspecified damages for "thousand of dollars in costs" from employment she turned down to cater to Foxx.
As per the documents filed Wednesday in Los Angeles Superior Court, the 40-year-old Academy Award winner's case has been settled. The terms of the deal were not disclosed but the stylist's attorney said they were "pleased" with the arrangement.
