Lindsay Lohan, Jessica Simpson Urged To Visit Hindu Ashram

Lindsay Lohan and Jessica Simpson are being urged by Hindus to spend some time in an ashram in India to reinvent themselves. Hindu statesman Rajan Zed says that a stay at the ashram would help bring the starlets tranquility, spirituality, and serenity.

Zed, the president of Universal Society of Hinduism, says that ashram is usually used for spiritual development. India is full of the retreat places, and Lohan and Simpson would benefit if they visit one.

The Beatles members reportedly spent long periods at a Rishikesh ashram on the Ganges river bank in the past, as did actors Ben Lee and Ione Skye when they had a traditional Hindu wedding ceremony in an ashram near Chennai.

Even controversial artist Kanye West is allegedly planning to spend about a month in an ashram in Pondicherry to seek spiritual guidance.
