Michelle Williams Hires Bodyguard To Ward Off Paparazzi

Michelle Williams has reportedly enlisted a bodyguard to keep paparazzi away from her.

The "Brokeback Mountain" actress - who has a two-year-old daughter Matilda with former fiance Heath Ledger, who died of an accidental drugs overdose in January - recently started dating film director Spike Jonze and is desperate to ensure their relationship is kept private.

A source told the New York Post newspaper: "Before Michelle leaves the house with Matilda, she has a bodyguard go around her block and make sure there are no photographers."

Michelle and Spike sparked rumors they were in a relationship after they were spotted looking "intimate" on a recent trip to New York.

As they perused a delicatessen, a fellow shopper commented: "Spike had his arm around Michelle and kissed her on the cheeks, then on the lips."

They were then seen kissing during a romantic dinner at the Little Dom's restaurant in Los Angeles' Los Feliz neighbourhood earlier this month.

An onlooker said: "During dinner they would lean in and kiss each other over the table. By the end of the meal, Michelle was sitting on Spike's lap and they were smooching."
