Paris Hilton's Stolen Jewels Recovered

October 26, 2009

Paris Hilton's stolen jewelry has been returned. The heiress, one of the victims of the Hollywood burglaries in the past months, has recovered most of the jewels stolen from her during a house robbery in December last year.

Hilton was one of the victims of the home robberies held in the homes of Hollywood celebrities, including Lindsay Lohan, Orlando Bloom, Rachel Bilson, and Audrina Patridge. She said around 42 million in jewelry and other belongings were taken from her L.A. abode.

The 28-year-old "Simple Life" star told Life & Style, "I am so grateful to the LAPD for finding out who robbed my house and returning my jewelry to me."

Five burglar suspects have been arrested so far. The first one was Nick Prugo, who was arrested in September. He has been charged with two counts of felony burglary.

Other suspects were also named: Rachel Lee, Diana Tamayo, Courtney Ames, Alexis Neiers, and Roy Lopez.
