Pippa Middleton Reveals the Secret of her fit body

Looking like Pippa Middleton is easier than one might think.

In her first column for Britain's Waitrose Weekend magazine, Duchess of Cambridge Kate Middleton's little sister shares her practical diet and fitness secrets. "I grew up with the belief that good health is about moderation in all things," Pippa, 31, writes, "so I'll be celebrating healthy living through exercise, a balanced diet and a little of the naughty stuff sprinkled in—I'm talking chocolate, crisps and the occasional glass of wine."

In fact, the Celebrate author has avoided trying fad diets. "I've never done Dukan, attempted Atkins or exercised religiously seven days a week, but I do believe in making healthy choices—keeping refined carbs such as white bread and pasta to a minimum, and sticking to sensible portion sizes," she writes.

How days she stay fit? "I know that if I fit in at least three, ideally five, sessions of exercise a week, be it a 30 minute run, an hour's walk or a good game of tennis, it boosts my mood and energy, and helps me sleep and digest better," she says. "So I make it a priority, whatever the weather or my work schedule."

Pippa then lists four moves—ladders, planks, plié squats and wall pushes– that are collectively "great for toning all over." She explains, "I've chosen some of my favorite exercises for toning the whole body, all of which can be done at home. Do the routine three times a week and you'll really notice a difference."

According to Pippa, each exercise takes approximately two minutes to perform. She also recommends that people take a 30-second break between moves, with a two minute rest at the end of each circuit.

Of course, this isn't the first time Pips has written about healthy living. In addition to being a columnist at The Spectator and a contributing editor at Vanity Fair, she wrote for The Daily Telegraph in 2013. In one article, Prince William's sister-in-law detailed her newfound love of boxing, which she told readers helps with "toning up arms, bums and tums, and banishing bingo wings, back fat and booze blubber."
