"La Bomba" is coming to Springfield. Ricardo Bomba, created by grand prize contest winner Peggy Black of Orange, CT, is the newest character to grace Fox's longest-running animated series "The Simpsons."

The fourth season of "Platinum Wedding" begins on WE TV channel Sunday, January 3rd at 9pm ET/PT. The new series has all new weddings that include a 4-Million Dollar Wedding Village Retreat, a Cuban Infused Extravaganza and the Baseball Inspired Wedding of Hall-Of-Famer, Tony Gwynn's Daughter.

A BBC Spokesman has announced that Bruce Forsyth, the host of "Strictly Come Dancing", will be returning to the show this week after missing last weeks' installment due to the flu. Last week his co-host Tess Daly was joined by Ronnie Corbett and Claudia Winkleman to help host the show in his absence.

Oprah Winfrey is ending her eponymous talk show in 2011. The queen of daytime talk show won't be extending her contract once it expires two years from now.

BET.com has announced the launch of their first web based series that is entitled "Buppies" that starts on Tuesday, November 24th. The series will run for 10 episodes over 10 weeks and tells the tales of LA's young black professional elite.

VH1 have teamed up with DoSomething.org to compile the list of the top celebrity do-gooders and will be giving a sneak peek of some of the people who have made the list this year. The show will be shown November 19th at 8pm ET/PT on VH1.  The show includes original interviews with the nominated celebrities including The Jonas Brothers, Wyclef, Pete Wentz, Ashley Judd and many more.

Larry King's 10-year-old son is reportedly leading a new TV show. Chance King, his first child with wife Shawn, has agreed to host an upcoming series called "Kid Pitch."

Logo was one of the first to brand Lady Gaga as the "NewNowNext" thing in music, including her first televised appearance on Logo's 2008 "NewNowNext Awards" where she performed her first single, "Just Dance." Now, five hits later, and Lady Gaga will host the channel's "NewNowNext PopLab" on Monday, November 23rd.

Camilla Dallerup, the former "Strictly Come Dancing" dancer, has left the Australian jungle after just a few days. Camilla has been said to be struggling with the lack of food and sleep, so much so that she said she was too exhausted to even find the energy to shower.

Journalist Dan Rather is returning to Afghanistan in a new HDNet special. The news anchor will be reporting from the frontlines of the battlefield in the country for the upcoming "Dan Rather Reports" episode.

"The Singing Bee" returns for its second season on CMT on Friday, January 15th at 9pm ET/PT. The show, which tests the lyrical knowledge of the contestants, is hosted by Melissa Peterman and starts a new weekly one hour slot come the New Year.
