It's been a couple of months since we've seen a trailer for The Hunger Games, but the team behind the film has been keeping the barrage of pic, poster and other related releases up to fill time during the gap. Now, to mark 50 days until the movie itself hits, the second full trailer has arrived, and it's chock-full of new footage. Take a look below.

In case there is anybody still left wondering what the film (adapted from Suzanne Collins' books) is about, Jennifer Lawrence stars as Katniss Everdeen, a young woman living in an apocalyptic, ruined future America. With the majority of its citizens living in poverty in rural Districts, she has to hunt to supplement her sister and mother's meagre rations. Then her sister is chosen for the Hunger Games, an annual contest that keeps the fractured country under the iron fist of the technologically advanced Capitol.

The Games pits youngsters from each of the Districts against each other in a battle to the death, so Katniss volunteers to take her sister's place and fight alongside Peeta Mellark (Josh Hutcherson). She'll have to outwit and outfight highly trained Tributes who have been preparing for the games her entire lives. And, as Katniss says in the new trailer, "24 go in, but only one comes out..."

How things change, part 4,532: Once upon a time (that time being the 1990s, and briefly again in 2006, though we don't like to think about that), Sharon Stone was the sexy stalker. Now, in Tony Kaye's new thriller Attachment, she will be the stalkee.

Stone has signed on to play a married woman who has an affair with a student. And because this is a sexual thriller, things don't go well once the relationship ends. Turns out her former paramour has been cribbing from both Fatal Attraction and Fear and, er, The Graduate, as he shows up dating her daughter and then begins to terrorise her family.

Christopher Denham wrote the script, and there's a plan in place for Kaye to kick off shooting in April. The producers at Panther Films will be taking the project to Berlin's European Film Market next week to drum up some sales.

The "American Gangster" stud and the "Van Wilder" hunk joined Swedish director Daniel Espinosa for some press duties at the Villamagna Hotel.

She's no stranger to swanky movie premieres, and Katherine Heigl was back on the red carpet for her "One For the Money" debut in Paris, France on Tuesday night (January 31).

The "Knocked Up" star looked picture-perfect as she posed for pictures and chatted with press before disappearing inside the Cinema Gaumot Marignan venue.

In the film, which hit US theaters last Friday, Heigl's character has a nude shower scene and she recently opened up about it to E! Online.

While he's been busy the last few years giving the Harry Potter franchise its spectacular (and successful) final run, David Yates has clearly decided that for his next trick, he wants to tackle something a little more grounded in reality, latching on to an adaptation of Emma Forrest's book Your Voice In My Head. But it appears he's not quite ready to cut all the ties to the wizarding world, as he's been in discussions with Emma Watson to star.

Deadline reports that Watson is in talks to take the lead of a young woman who attempts suicide, but who is saved by a New York-based psychiatrist with his own issues: he's dying of cancer.

There's no word yet on who will take that part, but the hope is that someone on the level of Tom Hanks or George Clooney will be interested.

Ads for 1978's "Superman: The Movie" proclaimed "You'll believe a man can fly." This past weekend, a very different kind of promotion for a new superhero film actually did convince some New Yorkers that human beings had taken to the skies.

What looked to be three people were spotted flying around the skies of lower Manhattan last Friday, causing a lot of double-takes and dropped jaws from onlookers. But while it appeared to be a sight straight out of a comic book, it was actually a clever bit of viral marketing for this week's upcoming film "Chronicle." Those aren't people in the air, but some very intricately designed radio-controlled airplanes. Watch the video of their flight, and keep reading to learn how it was done.

The movie tells the story of three high school students who discover they have superpowers, including the ability to fly. To promote it, the studio called on Thinkmodo, a company that specializes in creating viral sensations. They first made a splash with a video that seemed to show a man using an invention to hack into the video screens in Times Square. It was later revealed to be a tie-in for the Bradley Cooper movie "Limitless," which went on to be a surprise hit. For "Chronicle," though, the team had a different direction in mind.

He's all about stirring up trouble, and Sasha Baron Cohen's Super Bowl ad for "The Dictator" is all kinds of crazy.

The "Borat" star begins the spot dressed as a dictator on his throne, declaring, "Hey America, I just bought NBC. I know the final score. Enjoy the game!"

Along with Cohen, stars like Anna Faris, Ben Kingsley, John C Reilly, and J. B. Smoove are all along for the controversial ride.

As director Atom Egoyan puts the pieces (and the funding) together for Devil's Knot, the new dramatic film based on the West Memphis Three case, he's turned to someone he's worked with before to fill one of the leading roles: Colin Firth.

The actor, who co-starred in Egoyan's Where The Truth Lies, is on board to play private investigator Ron Lax, who has been a key crusader for the three men at the centre of the case. He agreed to help build the defense evidence for Damien Echols, Jason Baldwin and Jessie Misskelly Jr after they were accused of, and imprisoned for, the murder of three eight-year-old boys in 1993. The trio served 17 years in prison (with Echols on death row) before being freed after a long campaign to prove their innocence.

Last December, Reese Witherspoon was cast as Pam Hobbs, the mother of one of the victims, who started out thinking that the three were guilty, but eventually came to regard them as wrongly accused.

Steven Soderbergh's next project, pharmaceutical psycho-thriller Side Effects, is swapping out its leading lady. While rumours began to rumble last week that Blake Lively was off the project because of worries by the financial team about her viability as a box office draw, she's definitely now departed. In her place? The Girl With The Dragon Tattoo's Rooney Mara.

She'll take on the role of the beautiful, troubled Emily Hawkins, a woman who turns to prescription drugs to deal with the anxiety and depression she feels knowing her husband (Channing Tatum) is about to be released from prison. She also tries to cope by starting an affair with her doctor (Jude Law), which doesn't exactly help matters.

Catherine Zeta-Jones joined the film last week, and she'll play another doctor. The script's by Contagion / The Informant!'s Scott Z Burns, and Soderbergh is set to kick off shooting soon, especially since he also has to cram in Liberace biopic Behind The Candelabra for HBO before he heads off on his hiatus to paint, or race go-karts. Or something.

After months of hard work and dedication, Reese Witherspoon, Chris Pine, and Tom Hardy were finally able to premiere their latest film offering, "This Means War," on Monday (January 30).

With director McG also on-hand, the good-looking co-stars arrived in style as they posed for pictures on the red carpet outside the Odeon Kensington Cinema in London, England.

Set to hit US theaters on February 14, the film was initially given an R-rating for "some sexual content" that mostly came from a character played by the funny but crude, Chelsea Handler.
